Awesome!

Altogether stay was awesome, but I would love to highlight two amazing people who always bring my stay at your property on a higher level by their professional skills and extraordinary personalities...Mrs. Laetitia from Le Limun and Mr. Julien from concierge desk.

We had a world class room with one of the best views in the world and were attended to by a really excellent staff.

Had a wonderful time

Have stayed in various different 5 star hotels across the world, this was definitely near the top of the list. Could hardly find any flaws for the things I care about when staying at a hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Would like to come back as some point in 2025 but this time during the summer (between April-May). Hopefully there will be some deals if booking 6+ months ahead of time.

The welcome is exceptional @ the Hermitage and the staff are very polite & helpful I love the amazing floral displays they make you smile with happiness ❤️

Excellence service, attention to detail
