Take a look at the menu of Monaco specialities :

- Lukewarm coco bean salad with octopus and prawns, crisp vegetable marinade with virgin oil and balsam vinegar

- Stuffed sardines “Monégasque style” with vegetables from the gardens of Provence

- Pumpkin cream in a capuccino of Parmesan with Alba oil

- “Gallinette” and scorpion fish in stock with a light “aïoli” and conserved vegetables

- “Stockfish” Nissarde-style

- Pan-fried Mediterranean squid served “à la plancha” with risotto and squid ink

- Roast rack of lamb with herbs from our hillsides and small stuffed vegetables

- Ravioli in a beefstew and flap mushroom sauce

And for dessert, treat yourself to the famous:
