A flavour voyage, a culinary event in Tokyo by Marcel Ravin


From 25 February to 3 March 2014, Marcel Ravin, Chef at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, will be unveiling his inventive cuisine in Tokyo!

For 3 days from 25 to 27 February, at the restaurant “Terrace On The Bay” at the Hotel Nikko in Tokyo-Odaiba, Chef Marcel Ravin will be offering the mixed cuisine that has made him successful at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort. The 3-day Hotel Nikko event will conclude with a grand private soiree.


From 1 to 3 March, along with Keisuke Matsushima, his friend and Michelin-star Chef in Nice and Tokyo, Marcel Ravin will be cooking at the restaurant “I”  in Tokyo-Harajuku.


After New York and Beirut, this event in Japan will give exposure to a chef who has been sharing his know-how, atypical background and passion with audiences everywhere since 2005.

Author of a book of recipes entitled D’un Rocher à l’autre [From One Rock to Another], Marcel Ravin sees himself as an artisan. As a man in harmony with nature, he prefers seasonal products and helps develop links between his native Martinique, Monaco and the capitals where he exports his art of making people happy.
