Breakfast is essential and should consist only of the following foods:

  • Drinks – water, coffee, tea, herbal tea.
  • Eggs – rindless ham – chicken or turkey breast – cheese with 20% fat content.
  • Non-fat yoghurt, ordinary yoghurt or non-fat fromage blanc without sugar or with stevia.

Lunch and dinner (same food types):

  • Drinks – water, coffee, tea, herbal tea.
  • Lean meats or white fish cooked without fat (grilled or papillote). Use lemon, spices and herbs instead of fat to flavour.
  • “Green” vegetables (maximum 100-120 grams or the equivalent of an average tomato in volume) (no carrots or beets – no potatoes or other starches).
  • Non-fat yoghurt, ordinary yoghurt or non-fat fromage blanc without sugar or with stevia.

If you’re hungry between meals, just have a dairy product as a snack. That should tide you over until the next meal.

Don’t eat fruit for 2 or 3 days. You can have 2 or 3 fruits a day after this high-protein period.

This high-protein menu corrects the imbalance created by the consumption of excess sugar and fat, but is in no way a suitable long-term diet. Afterwards you should go back to a balanced diet with a large variety of foods while avoiding excess.

You can always redo the high-protein menu for a day after eating too much so as to avoid gaining weightPractical, isn’t it?
