The gourmet restaurant Le Vistamar at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo will play host every evening to new creations masterminded by starred Chef Joël Garault.

From 20 December until the end of February 2014, come and enjoy a 100% truffle menu which aims to thrill!

 

A real taste fusion and a celebration of one of gastronomy’s most precious products, this unique and ephemeral menu offers 6 dishes and many variations from both land and sea.

 

The must-try dish is parsnip velouté with fried prawns coated in Ballotin truffle breadcrumbs and kale with oysters and black diamonds; this will surely unfurl all the flavours of truffles and delight the taste buds of the finest gourmets.

 

A showcase for the quality and refinement of fish, Le Vistamar holds a culinary identity which today gives rise to fresh inspiration, combining the Chef’s expertise with the quality of the truffle. Joël Garault enhances and develops the finest products from both land and sea while respecting seasonal trends.

 

An expert thinker, this one-starred Michelin Chef dreams up and reflects upon his creations in order to bring out the authenticity of the taste in its original state.
