The restaurant is opening its doors once again after a few months of renovation. Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse à l’Hôtel de Paris (formerly Louis XV-Alain Ducasse) has been transformed – the menu, dishes, setting, name, identity, dress code, and much more!

You’ll find everything you’re looking for here – products, flavours, and colours. Relish fresh local produce of fish, herbs, and vegetables. 

And there’s a whole new theme song to this familiar Mediterranean melody. The menu by chefs Dominique Lory and Alain Ducasse is authentic, precise, and accurate. 

Wine pairings

Our chef sommelier Noël Bajor, in collaboration with Gérard Margeon, has designed a wine menu boasting one of the finest wine collections in the world paired with the best of the French Riviera’s local produce.


The dining area – a place for small wonders


The perfectly synchronised ballet of service, by Michel Lang, our restaurant manager, takes place around a table, known as the Office, and designed by Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku, placed in the centre of the dining area.

This marvellous table unfolds gradually over the course of a meal, to accommodate bread, cheese, ice cream, sorbets, chocolates by Alain Ducasse, coffee, liqueurs, and lots more! 

Interior architecture 

The new face of the restaurant, designed by Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku, brings out the art de vivre of the French Riviera. The restaurant is carefully put together and is genuinely welcoming. Its contemporary touch fits perfectly with Alain Ducasse’s cuisine.
