Marcel Ravin surprises us again this season with a new autumn menu full of flavourful original creations.

At the restaurant Blue Bay of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, Chef Marcel Ravin unveils a menu that is as tantalising as its is surprising. 

 

Look out for the first autumn menu crowned with a Michelin star for Marcel Ravin!

 

And that star is shining very brightly! The Chef’s new creations continue to take us on a culinary journey through Mediterranean forests and tropical jungles. Scallops cooked with mace (a fine layer surrounding the nutmeg seed) or Jerusalem artichoke are a delight to the palate!

 

You’ll also love the oxtail rillettes with tamarind served with beet ravioli, or try the smoked suckling lamb smoked with lemongrass and allspice – your taste buds will thank you!
