A LADURÉE CREATION

Every day from noon to 1 pm, don’t wait to discover a uniquely flavoured macaroon with a signature cocktail at Crystal Terrace! An original creation custom made for Hôtel Hermitage.

 

TÊTES DE CUVÉES BY THE GLASS

Starting in November, you can enjoy outstanding têtes de cuvées champagnes by the glass thanks to a flavour preservation process.

 

THE CIGAR CELLAR

On the heated winter terrace, the cigar cellar offers a selection of leading brands. We propose at least 20 different cigars in all ranging from €15 to €25 apiece.

 

CAVIARE & OYSTERS

Starting on 1 October, you can enjoy fine fattened oysters – Marennes Oléron no. 3 – by the dozen or half-dozen. The tide will also bring in two options for tasting caviare: with classic condiments or with original, high-end garnishes (oysters, foie gras, whipped cream, etc.)
