Chefs from the Monte-Carlo SBM Group at the Salon du Chocolat


The biggest international chocolate and cocoa trade fair is coming to Monaco for the fourth consecutive year from 9 to 11 October!


Calling all chocolate-lovers!

Come partake in demonstrations and tastings of delicious recipes in the Pastry Show area, with the greatest names in cuisine and pastry-making from the most well-known local restaurants.


Several chefs from the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer Group will participate in this large-scale event that will bring together more than 100 international participants who have come to celebrate chocolate and cocoa in all its forms.

These include Nicolas Baygourry, pastry chef at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, and Cedric Campanella, pastry chef for the restaurants at Sun Casino, Casino de Monte-Carlo, and Salle des Etoiles at Sporting. The pastry chefs at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hôtel and the Monte-Carlo Beach Hôtel will also honour us with their presence at the trade fair.


They will be revealing trade secrets, giving out valuable tips and sharing the most popular recipes at their restaurant. So come get your chef’s hat on!


Every hour in the Cacao Show area of the Salon du Chocolat, come enjoy the party as you discover exotic rituals, cultures and lively music, brought to you from the lands of cocoa!


And every day at 17.00, you’ll love the chocolate dress fashion show that fashion designers and chocolate makers teamed up to create and put on for you.
