Program

  • Arrival at the restaurant Le Deck for a briefing over breakfast
  • Distribution of notepads with technical instruction
  • Distribution of uniforms : toques, aprons
  • Work in the kitchen based on 3 workshops : starter, hot dish and pastry
  • Apéritif shared on the terrace (weather permitting)
  • Sampling of the dishes prepared in the restaurant Le Deck
  • Awarding of a diploma and gourmet souvenir.

  • 130 € per day
  • Couple prices : -50% for the second person
  • Pre-paiment on enrolment
  • Guest of your choice for lunch : participation 70 € (drinks included)
