Emilia Romagna Days of Gastronomy at the Café de Paris


emiliaromagna_gfSpecialities from Parma will be proposed for lunch and dinner, concocted by chef Gianfermo Belloli and Teresina Mussi from the restaurant La Trattoria Mussi in Caboara (province of Parma), in collaboration with our chef Jacques Lambert and his team.

You will thus be able to sample the following specialities :

– Selection of cold meats (Coppa, Culatello, Parma ham etc…) and a “wheel” of Parmigiano Reggiano
– Ravioli with ricotta, butter and Prugnoli mushrooms
– Risotto with black Valceno truffles
– Roast guinea fowl with herbs and a “clafoutis” of flap mushrooms
– Alpine trout “en papillote” with a cake of rice…

And to close the festivities, come along to the concert with the group Canterini della Val Gotra (about 20 musicians in traditional costume) on Saturday, June 5th, on the terrace of the Café de Paris, from 5 to 7 p.m.
