This second edition of Russian Gastronomy Weeks kicked off at the Grand Hotel in Cannes, continued at the Negresco in Nice, and will end in the Café de Paris in Monaco. From November 24th to 27th, a menu of specialities will be proposed for lunch and dinner in a prestigious, festive atmosphere with folk entertainment.
The expert blend of ingredients typical of Russia’s gastronomic heritage together with the famous “French touch” has given rise to many recipes that you can discover thanks to the tandem formed by the renowned Russian chef, Igor Shurupov, and the Team of Stefano Brancato at the Café de Paris.

This event is designed to reinstate a tradition which lasted for over half a century : from 1862 to 1912, this week of gastronomy was held in Russia and France once every 10 years. A custom which has always been a symbol of the historic reconciliation between France and Russia.
