Monaco - Jumping International

Since the 2006 edition, Jumping International de Monte-Carlo has attracted the world’s top-ranking riders. The 2017 Jumping International de Monte-Carlo will take place in front of the Prince’s Palace with Hercules Port as an original backdrop. The 3-day event will take place from 23 to 25 June 2017

Jumping International de Monte-Carlo has one of the most difficult courses in the world. The main feature of the course, in addition to being full of obstacles, is that it is very short, very narrow and full of twists and turns. Because it is so narrow, the course requires a high level of agility and technique from both the riders and the horses, which ensures an exceptional show for amateur and experienced spectators alike.

Jumping International de Monte-Carlo is both a show jumping competition and race. Contestants compete for the Prince of Monaco’s Grand Prix, the ultimate award for this event.

Changes in Jumping International de Monte-Carlo in 2017 include a 5-star competition, ending with the Monaco portion of the Global Champions League, featuring the best current and future riders in what promises to be an extraordinary equestrian show.

Don’t miss the world’s finest riders and horses as they transform show jumping into a work of art in Monaco.
