La saison des champignons au Café de Paris


Cafe-de-paris-2-gf-7As in every other year in the same season, the menu at the du Café de Paris is taking on autumnal colours and proposes for lunch (12 noon to 3 p.m.) and dinner (7 to 11 p.m.) a “mushroom menu” comprised of all these little gems in a wide choice of preparations, each one tastier than the next.

Chef Philippe Jourdin and his entire team dedicate themselves to concocting simple but tasty dishes based on these exceptional and highly savory products : : mushrooms that go by the names of “sanguins (“lactarius sanguifluus”), oyster, morel and boletus mushrooms…
