Michelin-starred Chef Benoit Witz is special guest chef at The Dining Room, restaurant at the Park Hyatt Sydney – Australia




On 19 September 2017, the Principality of Monaco and the Park Hyatt Sydney will be hosting a Masters of Food & Wine fundraising gala in support of the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation and its partner, Royal Life Saving Society – Australia.


Both true masters in the epicurean world, Park Hyatt Sydney’s Executive Chef Etienne Karner and Michelin-star chef Benoit Witz of Le Vistamar at The Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, will be sharing the kitchen.


For one night only, the dinner will showcase the talents of a French Michelin-star chef and Park Hyatt Sydney’s chef as they engineer a gastronomic journey that is unique and uncommon, crafting a menu with the finest seasonal Australian produce.


An auction will also be held with proceeds to benefit the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation and its partners, including the Royal Life Saving Swim & Survive Access and the Equity Program in Australia.
