Joël de Pretto has been shucking shellfish and preparing seafood at the Café de Paris for several years now. He prepares seafood daily with perfect dexterity and the greatest care in the sole aim of satisfying customers. The speed with which shellfish is shucked is less important than the quality of the presentation and the freshness of the products. Joël de Pretto only serves perfect shellfish without any trace of scales or flakes so that you can thoroughly enjoy your tasting experience.

And if you’re dreaming about pearls, know that pearls are found in hollow oysters and that this happy discovery is always a possibility!
