From 5 to 8 December 2013, the Café de Paris invites you to taste authentic Piedmontese flavours, right here on the Place du Casino!

Piedmontese Days at the Café de ParisJean-Claude Brugel, Chef at the Café de Paris, and Nicola Gilberto, Chef at the restaurant Mongalletto in Castellinaldo, propose that you discover Piedmontese specialities through our menu, featuring dishes such as:  

 

- Jerusalem artichoke tartlet with a light Raschera cheese sauce 

- Small Piedmontese-style quail

- “Agnolotti” with black truffle fondue

- Risotto with Roero Arneis white wine 

- Eel with truffles

- Braised veal cheek with white wine

 

 

And for dessert:

- Montebianco” ice cream

- Hazelnut and zabaglione tart
