The Monte-Carlo Beach reopens on 7 March 2013


On 7 March, the Monte-Carlo Beach will reopen its doors and launch its new “Beach Goes ORGANIC” campaign: a step toward preserving biodiversity and protecting our planet whilst exalting the flavours of delicious foods in a health-conscious manner!


Executive Chef Paolo Sari and his team invest their passion and sincerity in their creations. This includes paying tribute to organic products and ingredients, such as the bread kneaded and baked on site and served with extra virgin organic olive oil, vegetables grown on our nearby land in Saint-Jeannet, white meats, poultry and lamb.


Products used are selected for their quality of flavour and nutritional value and are prepared in ways preserving these virtues.


The Monte-Carlo Beach is located on the seafront and offers a variety of restaurants depending on the season and passing whims or fancies:


Elsa, the hotel’s gastronomic restaurant decorated in the colours of the Riviera: delectable, delightful and deliciously organic, starting from 7 March!

On Friday 8 March, Elsa will celebrate International Women’s Day with a sumptuous dinner accompanied by Dom Pérignon champagne.


When the Club opens on 20 April, Les Cabanas will propose a lovely menu from noon to 4pm that includes wood-oven baked pizzas, and Le Deck, on the edge of the Olympic-sized swimming pool, will serve brasserie-style seafood platters.


Later on, the Sea Lounge will offer a varied selection of eastern and western flavours such as caviar, sushi and pizza. La Vigie in a pine grove overlooking the sea  will unveil its “Flavour Market” and romantic dinners under starry skies.



Opening dates for 2013:
- The Hôtel Monte-Carlo Beach, restaurant Elsa and the Monte-Carlo Beach SPA: 7 March
- The Beach Club, the restaurant Le Deck and Cabanas: 20 April
- Water sports: 4 May
- The Sea Lounge: 17 May
- The restaurant La Vigie: 28 June
