Special “Year-end Festivities” Cookery Classes

 
 

Awaken your taste-buds during a real immersion in cooking with Marcel Ravin’s team.  On Fridays December 9th and 16th, the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort invites you to share a new-concept cookery class on the theme of year-end festivities.

 


On the program :

 

At 12 noon, rendez-vous in the Blue Bay restaurant for lunch around a large guest table.

 

Later on, the work session will begin for the preparation of a festive 4-course menu.

 

In the very professional setting provided by the kitchens of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, Marcel Ravin will then share his experience with you in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

 

At 7.30 p.m., your guest will join you for cocktails, followed by dinner in the restaurant Las Brisas.
