“Terroir d’Alsace” at the Monte Carlo Beach



In association with the well-known restaurant “Le Cerf” in Marlenheim, 1 star in the Michelin Guide, Jean-Claude Brugel, “chef de cuisine” at the Restaurant Elsa, MOF 1996, proposes a gastronomic tour of Alsace.

His collaboration with Michel Husser of the restaurant Le Cerf will offer fans a contemporary introduction to outstanding gastronomy and a remarkably bountiful region.
