The Monte-Carlo Beach opens Monaco’s first Tesla electric charging stations

The famous high-end electric sedan from California has come to the Monte-Carlo Beach!

Two Tesla electric vehicle charging stations have been installed next to a standard charging station for all types of vehicles. To ensure the best service, several spaces in the hotel car park have been marked and designated specifically for Tesla vehicles. The day after the map app was updated, the first customers began using the new charging stations, enjoying a moment of relaxation in the resort thanks to the hotel’s new service.

The Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer and sustainable development

Setting up these charging stations was part of the sustainable development strategy that the group initiated in 2007 – a strategy that is part of the group’s global Corporate Social Responsibility policy. As part of this policy, the group implements many measures that follow the group’s environmental guidelines within the resort.

Thanks to this policy, the Monte-Carlo Beach, which has been committed to sustainable development since 2013, has been Green Globe certified for three years running. This prestigious certification recognises environmental, social and societal actions taken by the establishment, whose catchphrase “Beach goes bio!” perfectly summarises its strategy. This strategy has also led to AB organic restaurant certification of the Michelin-starred restaurant Elsa where Chef Paolo Sari offers entirely organic cuisine that prioritises locally produced fruits and vegetables.

Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer is dedicated to offer clients the best services that also respect the environment.
