The Epicurean Route at Monte-Carlo Beach

In April, Epicures will begin their journey at the Monte-Carlo Beach for this first edition sponsored by the Relais & Châteaux of Provence and Côte d’Azur.

All over the world, the great Relais & Châteaux chefs put their talent and creativity to work in the name of gastronomy.

This search for true flavour reflects the unique personality of each establishment and region.

From vegetable gardens in Provence all the way to the Mediterranean Sea, the Relais & Châteaux Chefs in Provence and Côte d’Azur nurture their love of good food to the great delight of their customers.

To share this wealth with their guests, the Relais & Châteaux Chefs in the Côte d’Azur Region are launching the 1st edition of the Epicurean Route to promote their establishments and cuisines during a 1-day gastronomic event where each chef will prepare a dish and select a wine to accompany that dish.

At every step of the journey spanning several establishments, you will enjoy a dish representing the culinary tradition of that region.
