- 3 pieces lime
– 1 cl Pama
– 0,5 l raspberry & rose Belvoir fruit cordial
– 4 cl gin infused with white pepper
– 8 cl lemon-flavoured carbonated soft drink
Fill up a tumbler with ice and crush the lime.
Add and mix the Pama, raspberry & rose Belvoir fruit cordial, white pepper-infused gin, lemon-flavoured carbonated soft drink.
To make the white pepper-infused gin:
In a blender, mix 70 cl gin and 3 tablespoons of ground white pepper.
Filter the mixture and remove pepper residue.
