He studied at the hotel school in Menton and started as a commis (chef) with Christian Willer at the Hotel Martinez in Cannes. Benefiting from this experience, in 1997 he joined the Michelin-star restaurant Le Grill at the Hôtel de Paris as a commis.

 

During the years that followed, he filled various positions in the kitchen before ending up as an experienced chef de partie (line cook).

 

In June 2010, he was promoted to Sous-chef de cuisine (second-in-command) by Chef de Cuisine (Executive Chef) Franck Cerutti, who has shared his passion and love for regional products with Seminara. In fact, they make a point of serving seasonal, locally produced products.

 

Thirty-six year-old Rocco Seminara has an eclectic approach to cuisine that brings new life to the kitchen of La Salle Empire with Franck Cerutti.
