The menu by chefs Dominique Lory and Alain Ducasse is modern and authentic. The precision in their cooking is unmissable in their fresh juices, flavourful broths, and spices.

 

The restaurant’s new look, designed by Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku, brings out the easygoing lifestyle of the French Riviera.

 

In the dining area, the ballet of service takes place around a table placed at the centre of the room – the Office. The restaurant staff are known for their impeccable manners, new style of service, always being at their clients’ disposal, and their sincerity.
