You’ll learn how to cook rice, cut fish, prepare the traditional bamboo mat, and make sushi, maki, California rolls and futomaki. Chef Gian Franco Brugaletta will reveal all his secrets for preparing these Japanese delicacies by the book.
The class will take place on the third Friday of each month.
After the workshop, participants will taste the dishes that have been prepared with a glass of wine, on the house!
You’ll leave feeling zen and with some good memories!
