On Tuesday 20 October, Pavyllon Monte-Carlo welcomes Nice-based chef Selim M’Nasri, from the Épicentre restaurant in Nice, for a new instalment of Counter Culture, a four-handed culinary experience conceived in collaboration with chef Hendry Angwe Mezah.

 

Counter Culture

‘Counter Culture’ is a series of four-handed dinners organised by Pavyllon Monte-Carlo at the counter of its restaurant, in collaboration with Chef Hendry Angwe Mezah. Launched in March 2025 in Paris, this event invites culinary talents from the new generation of French and international chefs to cook live in front of guests in a festive and relaxed atmosphere at the Monte-Carlo counter.

Guest Chef, Selim M'Nasri – Epicentre Restaurant, Nice.

A young chef from Nice, he offers a highly personal style of cooking, deeply rooted in the Mediterranean terroir, with spices as the central theme.

Each dish showcases a spice he has discovered through his travels, his encounters and the different cultures that now shape his culinary identity. This collaboration fits perfectly with the Counter Culture ethos: a free-spirited, uninhibited style of cooking, where the Mediterranean remains the anchor and spices become an invitation to travel.
