On Friday, September 18, the Elsa Marcel Ravin restaurant will host an exceptional evening in partnership with Maison Charles Heidsieck. Chefs Marcel Ravin and Domenico D'Antonio, along with their head sommelier Benoît Bouquin, have collaborated with the prestigious Champagne house to create a food-and-champagne pairings menu inspired by the world of the Jardin Marin.

From the amuse-bouche to the petit fours, this multi-course experience invites guests to discover a selection of three champagnes and the “Cuvée des Millénaires,” a champagne particularly cherished by Chef Ravin.
