L’Abysse Monte-Carlo invites you to discover its new menu. The Matataki menu, meaning “the blink of an eye” in Japanese, has been designed as a brief journey through Japanese gastronomy. Through this menu, Chefs Yannick Alléno and Naoki Kikuchi showcase a delicate experience built around amuse-bouches, émotions, sashimi, nigiri sushi and an Otoro tuna temaki.

To complete the experience, a food, wine & sake pairing is available at an additional charge. The pairing includes a choice of either 2 glasses of wine and 1 glass of sake, or 1 glass of wine and 2 glasses of sake.
