Alain Ducasse x Clare Smyth Four-Hands Dinner

Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, the most highly-decorated resort in Europe with 7 Michelin stars to its name, is back with its second Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo.

This year, Le Louis XV - Alain Ducasse à l'Hôtel de Paris will be kicking off on Friday 2 september. A fabulously gourmet affair which begins with a four-hands dinner created by Alain Ducasse in collaboration with his chef Emmanuel Pilon, and renowned British chef Clare Smyth.

About Clare Smyth

Alain Ducasse has invited British chef Clare Smyth to join him for the occasion – and Smyth, who trained under Ducasse early in her career in 2005, was quick to accept the invitation. By 2017, she had opened her own restaurant in London, Core by Clare Smyth, where just a few years later she would go on to win her third Michelin star, becoming the first female British chef to win (and retain) such an accolade.

An eagerly-awaited collaboration between the holder of more Michelin stars than anyone else in the world and the winner of World's Best Female Chef.
