Get ready to enjoy a whole week of the very best seasonal vegetables;

Every day, there will be a different variety prepared right in front of you at Le Limùn, in the Beaumarchais lobby at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo

With a focus on field to fork, you’ll get the chance to sample specials freshly harvested from the hotel’s kitchen garden, and enjoy the very best of nature elevated to a whole new level by chef Jean-Philippe Borro from 25 to 31 October 2021, as part of our programme of Culinary Weeks. 

The broccoli curry using produce from our own kitchen garden, red kuri squash risotto, chestnut velouté & country vegetable soup are a selection of particular highlights.
