About Dominique Lory
After honing his skill at the Le Louis XV - Alain Ducasse at the Hôtel de Paris for more than 10 years alongside Chefs Alain Ducasse and Franck Cerutti, Chef Dominique Lory becomes the new Executive Chef of the Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo.
About Davide Oldani
Together, Lory and Italian-born Davide Oldani are set to create a never-before-seen fusion of Riviera flavours and mouth-watering “cucina pop”, brought to you by the mastermind himself. It is a true honour to welcome one of Italy’s very best chefs to Le Grill: one who is renowned for his fascinating take on deliciously uncomplicated food. When the Italian’s creative cuisine reaches the eighth floor of the Hôtel de Paris, the effects are sure to be dazzling!
