Emmanuel Pilon and Amaury Bouhours, chef at Le Meurice Alain Ducasse restaurant in Paris, will be offering two exceptional dinners with a Dom Pérignon food and champagne pairing, in the presence of Alain Ducasse. In addition to their friendship, the two men have much in common, as they both belong to the new generation of chefs trained by Alain Ducasse and embody his vision of contemporary haute cuisine.
