Indulging and taking part in a convivial and unforgettable experience, preparing a delicious meal or concocting a special dessert: a delectable, fun-filled program awaits you that combines learning with tasting.

From gastronomy, bistronomy, snackonomy and aperotherapy to Christmas and Valentine’s Day dinner, chef Marcel Ravin and his team invite you to discover cooking classes with creative themes. Anyone can sign up!
Taught by enthusiastic professionals, your workshop will start at 3:30 p.m. with a relaxing introduction: teatime at L’Orange Verte at Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort. Then head to the hotel’s professional kitchens. Tie on your apron and let’s get cooking! A major chef will share tips, tricks and secrets so that you can pull off Marcel Ravin’s recipes without a hitch.
And at 7:30 p.m., have a glass of champagne with your guest before heading to the dinner table for a delicious meal full of surprises. You’ll take home creative ideas and wonderful memories.
Baking with kids!
On Wednesday* afternoons, take a family baking class at Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort. This class is for parent/child pairs to learn and have fun with enthusiastic professionals. From 2:00 - 4:30 p.m., we’ll head to the kitchen to concoct desserts, cakes or cookies. Later, we’ll try them during snack time and you’ll go home with lots of gourmet goodies!
