“Every Saturday and Sunday at L’Orange Verte, I prepare my chicken recipe with herb butter mild spices just for you.

 

The dish is served family-style in a pan placed in the middle of the table, along with a generously seasoned salad with crunchy vegetables from the garden and a home-made, Stoemp-style mash.

 

For gourmet diners, I suggest a fruit tart or seasonal clafoutis for dessert to conclude this family-style meal on a high note!”
