CANCELLATION POLICY :
- The confirmation is effective after reception by the S.B.M. of a deposit of 100 % of the reserved services.
- A secure link valid for 48 hours will be sent to you by e-mail inviting you to make the payment of the deposit online. The reservation will be confirmed once the payment is received.
- Any cancellation must be expressed in writing (email). If it reaches the S.B.M. within :
- Up to 40 days before the date of the event will result in an invoice representing 50% of the total amount of the services initially booked in this contract.
- 40 to 10 days before the date of the event will result in an invoice representing 80% of the total amount of services booked.
- 10 days and less before the date of the event, it entails a billing representing 100% of the total amount of the services booked.
