Hospitality at its best
We really enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived all the way through to our departure (during one of the busiest days of the year) it was excellent. The level of hospitality given at L'Hermitage is what a hotel experience should be like. Gabriel from reception was excellent - he took time to show us different suites, he gave us a good overview of the hotel and services and was just a wonderful young man. The suite was lovely, the views exceptional. We enjoyed the breakfast too (despite it being quite busy), the spread on offer is perfect.
We used the Fitness and wellness area a lot, staff are very friendly and helpful and there are plenty of machines available as well as a studio space for any functional exercises.
The staff across the hotel are exceptionally friendly and have the traditional hospitality values at heart. We did not use the restaurants so cannot comment on that.
Aside from that, we had a the most amazing 4 days and we are very much looking forward to coming back. Thank you to everyone and especially Gabriel for making our stay so memorable.
