Hirondelle是位于曼廷凯洛深海水疗中心（摩纳哥）的一家餐厅。
我们的主厨Jean-Laurent Basile受训于马赛Bonneveine酒店管理高中，
曾旅居巴黎，最后决定在普罗旺斯 - 阿尔卑斯 - 蓝色海岸继续从事他所热爱的职业。在曼廷凯洛滨海度假集团工作的10年中，他先后就职于曼廷凯洛海滩大酒店、曼廷凯洛巴黎咖啡餐厅和曼廷凯洛巴黎大酒店，如今则是在Hirondelle餐厅，打造集传统、创新和幸福感于一的餐饮风格。
Jean-Laurent Basile热爱他的故乡，喜欢用本地时令食材呈现缤纷菜品。
