This season, Monte-Carlo Beach is offering a new programme of group classes. On our pontoon overlooking the sea, let our expert coaches guide you through pilates facing the horizon, yoga at sunrise, or meditation to the sound of lapping waves. If you’re looking for something a bit more dynamic, opt for body conditioning or circuit training classes designed to push back your physical limits. Enjoy these special moments designed to strengthen the body, free the mind and reconnect with what’s essential in a natural setting shimmering with a thousand shades of blue.
- Available to hotel and club guests.
- Prices: Free for hotel guests. External customers pay €50 for a group lesson and €100 for a private coaching session.
- Capacity: 10 people maximum per class.
- Duration: 1 hour
- Frequency: 3 to 5 classes per week, depending on the period.
- All fitness levels welcome, with some classes specially adapted for children.
- Aquagym classes available to hotel and club guests once a week.
