My wife and I disembarked in Monaco at the conclusion of a 7 day cruise. Upon arrival at HdP MC it was quite evident that this is one of the best hotels in the world. The property is spectacular. The service was attentive and complete. The dining options are second to none. The spa, saunas, pools were clean and well staffed.Even something as minor as the house coffee, at breakfast, was just perfect. Security guards are at all hotel entrances, with metal detection wands, to insure your safety. The hotel is located in the middle of high end shopping and world class casinos. Definitely would return. Thank you for a memorable stay.
Amazing experience, beautiful hotel.
We had a wonderful stay. We had a wonderful welcome from the reception team. Our room was beautifully clean and bright and we loved the macaroons.
We slept really well. The concierge team were very helpful and recommended some fabulous restaurants. We especially loved our evening at the grill restaurant. The team were amazing and the food was delicious. My only complaint would be with the breakfast. We were kept waiting for a very long time. We sat for at least 20 mins before being offered a menu or drink. A few things came out wrong and the breakfast team seemed disorganised and inexperienced, maybe they need more guidance and training?
