Purchases of €260 or more in treatments or services comes with complimentary access to the Wellness Area on the day of the service.
For purchases of €160 to €260 in treatments or services, the fee to access the Wellness Area is €75 per person on the day of the service.
For appointments cancelled or postponed with less than 24 hours notice, 100% of the price is due. Total payment is also due in the case of a missed appointment or no-show. Same-day bookings for treatments or services cannot be modified or cancelled.
