Both singer and actress, Rita Ora made her name through Jay-Z's label in the early 2010s. She also is one of the main character in the Fifty Shades film trilogy.
Indeed, she began her career as an actress. While performing in London bars, she was spotted by a talent scout who invited her to a meeting with the rapper Jay-Z. He fell under her charm and signed her to his label as she was only 18. In the film industry, she landed the role of Mia Grey in the adaptation of the bestseller Fifty Shades of Grey.
This notoriety allowed her to pursue an artistic career on all fronts. In 2016, the singer became a presenter and jury member for the show "Top Model USA". Returning to her musical loves, she embarked on a thirty-three date European tour to sell out venues for her second studio album, Phoenix, which received rave reviews with an impressive 330 million streams in the UK alone. Her music career continued with several collaborations, including "Girls" with Charli XCX and Cardi B, as well as "Summer Love", a song for which she collaborated with the band Rudimental. In 2021, Rita Ora released Bang, her fourth album.
After a diversion to France via the famous Lollapalooza festival, the singer will be in Monaco on July 31th at the Salle des Etoiles.
