Wonderful experience as always
I really enjoy the atmosphere and the wonderful Team, everybody is very professional and on the other hand friendly and approachable, so you feel at home right up the start of the stay, very special!

Excellent service
We were approached by an amazing staff from the moment we arrived. We felt incredibly taking care of during our entire stay which is something we cherish and value highly. Thank you for this experience.

Incredible and exceeded all expectations.
Wow! Wow! You all exceeded our highest expectations and went above & beyond! From the moment we arrived and until we left we were treated like royalty!! The front desk staff was exceptional and welcoming. The room was incredible and housekeeping did a wonderful job working with me to have flowers in the room upon arrival. Throughout the week housekeeping would continually add special touches to make our stay even more memorable. The concierge was very gracious and accommodating. The bell staff always went above & beyond and were very prompt and professional. The restaurants were all fabulous. We cannot wait to visit again soon as this was our most special vacation!

Superb
We had a world class room with one of the best views in the world and were attended to by a really excellent staff.
