More than 150 years have passed and the charm remains: the cellars of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo alone tell the story of the magic of the Resort. Opened in 1874, they are also an immutable witness to the history of the Company, in which they have sometimes played a decisive role. 

True jewels hidden beneath the foundations of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, they embody the very essence of refinement and exclusivity. To mark their 150th anniversary, the world's greatest hotel cellars are opening their doors and transforming themselves into intimate venues for exclusive dinners: the Grands Crus Classés 1855 de Bordeaux Dinner on 5 April, the Tenuta San Guido-Bolgheri Dinner on 11 June and the Moët Hennessy Dinner on 7 November.
