Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo 2024 : relive the highlights

During the fourth edition of the Festival, held to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Caves de l'Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, we shared some memorable gastronomic moments during the 4-hand dinners with our Michelin-starred chefs Marcel Ravin, Alain Ducasse, Yannick Alléno and Dominique Lory, accompanied by their brigades, their respective Chefs Sommeliers and their guest chefs.

On Friday 11 October 2024, the fourth edition of the Festival des Etoilés de Monte-Carlo ended on a high note with the gala dinner in the Salle Empire at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo. An exclusive evening honoured by the presence of HSH Prince Albert II.

Friday 11 October, the Closing Gala at the Salle Empire, Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo

After the Casino de Monte-Carlo in 2021 and the One Monte-Carlo in 2022, the Salle Empire at the Hôtel de Paris Monte- Carlo hosted the third and fourth editions of the Festival des Étoilés Monte-Carlo. This year's programme culminated in our Closing Gala on Friday 11 October 2024, in the presence of His Serene Highness, the Prince of Monaco, Camille Goettlieb and renowned guests such as Formula 1 driver Charles Leclerc. 

The Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer's Michelin-starred chefs redoubled their creativity and offered guests an exclusive 6-course dinner, orchestrated like a show thanks to the spectacular live passe-plat, which brought together the Société des Bains de Mer's catering family. As in previous editions, the brigades from the Resort's various restaurants came together to lend a helping hand, in the joy of working together for the pleasure of some 130 guests.

Relive the best moments of this exceptional lunch and dinner imagined by Chefs Emmanuel Pilon, Alain Ducasse, and Simon Rogan, Chef of L'Enclume in the UK. A 6-course menu focusing on local cuisine and the sublimation of good produce.

A look back at the finest moments of the second dinner of this fourth edition of the ‘Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo’. An exceptional gastronomic programme created by Marcel Ravin in collaboration with David Toutain, the chef and owner of the double Michelin-starred David Toutain restaurant in Paris.

21 and 22 June 2024, Dominique Lory x Yoann Conte

Discover the highlights of this third dinner of the Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo. A culinary journey on the 7th floor of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo by the dynamic duo of Chefs Dominique Lory, chef of the restaurant Le Grill, and Yoann Conte, chef of the double Michelin-starred restaurant La Table de Yoann Conte.
