This year, also come and create your holiday baskets and menus with salmon, foie gras, Yule logs, and many other delights. A wide selection of sweet and savory dishes awaits you, transforming your year-end celebrations into a true gourmet celebration.
In our chalets, you'll also find gifts, a palette of fragrances, enchanting flower bouquets, and comforting crepes and hot chocolates! Every moment transforms into a perfect sensory celebration to be shared with family and friends!

Festive Afternoon Tea | Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo
To celebrate the end of the year, our Executive Chef Dominique Lory revisits the traditional 'English Afternoon Tea' around festive dishes for a chic and gourmet moment. Sitting right in front of the impressive Christmas tree signed by Chopard, the enchanting atmosphere of the Lobby with its sparkling reflections will never cease to dazzle you. The perfect sweet break to enjoy with friends or family! From 15 December 2023 to 7 January 2024 from 3pm to 6pm.
Blue Ice Pop-up | Blue Gin at Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort
The ice pack invites itself to Blue Gin! A breath of fresh air blows through a polar world... Igloo, forest of white fir trees, stalactites, polar bears, penguins... Embark on a truly exotic adventure in the land of ice. Every day from 6.30pm to 01.30am from 28 November 2023 to end of February 2024.
Christmas pop-up chalet | Square Beaumarchais
With its welcoming terrace dressed up in all its festive finery, take a break from shopping and immerse yourself in a warm, snowy setting, savour festive products like caviar, foie gras or sip a glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo's Christmas pop-up chalet in Square Beaumarchais. From 1 December 2023 to 5 January 2024 from 12pm to 7pm.
