Experience the magic of winter at the Blue Gin!
From Tuesday 25 November 2025 to Sunday 1 March 2026

The mountains invite itself to the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort! From Tuesday, November 25, the Blue Gin will be transformed into a warm and friendly high-altitude chalet, recreating the cosy atmosphere of Alpine refuges. An ephemeral experience not to be missed, where the spirit of the mountains meets the glamour of the Riviera.

A warm chalet decor
Let yourself be surprised by an immersive decor that will transport you to an authentic mountain setting, with wood elements, fur and subdued lighting. Enjoy this decor while admiring the breathtaking sea view from the heated terrace, for a unique mountain experience by the water. 

 

A cosy atmosphere
Surrounded by warm lights, resident DJ Nicolas Saad warms up the dance floor every week on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. 

 

A deliciously wintery menu
Specially revamped for the occasion, the signature cocktail menu will introduce you to new, mountain-inspired flavors. Just the thing to warm up your winter evenings!
