Discover Le Jardin Belle Époque, a green oasis designed by Perrier-Jouët opposite the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo.
Champagne, art and nature come together in an ephemeral tasting space inspired by the spirit of the Belle Époque.

The Château Sainte Marguerite invites itself to Las Brisas | From 1 July to 31 August 2025
This summer, the Las Brisas restaurant at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort will be decked out in the colours of Château Sainte Marguerite. Discover a unique service ritual based around rosé wine, enhanced by a food and wine pairing devised by Chef Ravin. A sunny and refined interlude overlooking the sea.

Enjoy a festive and convivial moment in the Mada Lounge, Mada One's summer pop-up. Open from Wednesday to Sunday, 5pm to 11pm, in a cosy, green atmosphere with a breathtaking view of the Casino de Monte-Carlo facade.
