Located on the cape of the Monte-Carlo Beach, and nestled amid a tree-filled park and featuring a jacuzzi, the Villa La Vigie offers unparalleled views of the Mediterranean, the Principality and the bay of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin.

With a surface of around 600 square metres spread over three levels, and offering 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 dressing rooms, high-end appliances and discreet and elegant décor, it also boasts a superb 237-square-metre terrace.

 

Marble, columns, fireplaces, parquet flooring and high ceilings create a modern and sophisticated ambiance.

Ground floor
The monumental entrance hall, with its majestic staircase leading to the upper floors, sets the tone: space, light and luxury. The hall takes you straight to the central living room, which leads to the dining room and a large living room and opens onto a huge terrace. The ground floor also includes a billiards room/library, as well as a modern kitchen equipped with cutting-edge appliances.

 

First floor
Two large double rooms with their own bathrooms, a slightly smaller double room with shower, a private study and a dressing room.

 

Second floor
A double room and bathroom, two double rooms including a slightly smaller one sharing the same large bathroom, a private study and a dressing room.

The Villa La Vigie can be rented on a weekly or monthly basis.

Peak season :

  • A private tent at the Monte-Carlo Beach Club resort, with entry for 10 people
  • Electric car provided between the Villa and the Monte-Carlo Beach Club
  • Catering service provided by the Monte-Carlo Beach for 14 or more people for dinner 

Conditions :

 

  • Payment: 50% due at contract signing, the rest at least one month before the start of the rental period.
     
  • Security deposit: 1/3 of the total rental amount (minimum €15,000), due with payment of the remaining rental fee. The deposit will be refunded after checkout, verification of the property after the rental, and when all the customer's SBM bills have been paid.
