The festival delighted diners over several weeks with four lunch/dinner events hosted by different Michelin-starred chef pairings at which the coming together of two talents, two visions and two personalities delivered many lessons in the Culinary Arts.
On Saturday 26 November this year's edition of the Festival des Etoilés de Monte-Carlo culminated in a spectacular gala dinner in the Salle des Arts at One Monte-Carlo and was honoured by the presence of H.S.H. On Saturday 26 November, the 2022 edition of the Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo was brought to a close the gala dinner of the Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo on Saturday 26 November to bring the festival to a close. The Michelin-starred chefs, in collaboration with their Chefs Sommeliers, put the spotlight on the Culinary Arts for an exceptional evening honoured by the presence of H.S.H. Prince Albert II.
The soirée started with a welcome cocktail in the Galerie Hauser & Wirth followed by the gala dinner served in the Salle des Arts. It is at this moment that the Michelin-starred Chefs took to the stage, in the form of a spectacular live pass, to present a dinner in four acts brought to life not only by the wider teams from each of the Chef's restaurants, but also the wider team of the Société des Bains de Mer. A stunning spectacle built on the strength of teamwork and camaraderie that brought joy to some 140 guests.
